A BOUTIQUE HOTEL NESTLED IN THE CATSKILL MOUNTAINS

HOTEL LILIEN is an 18-room boutique hotel, restaurant, and cocktail bar in Tannersville, New York, designed by the San Francisco-based firm Field Theory in collaboration with The Lost Boys Hospitality Group. Newly renovated by local craftsmen, it features a blend of original 1890s woodwork and minimalist modern art and furnishings to provide an elevated escape minutes away from Hunter Mountain. 

The Lost Boys Hospitality Group was founded by David Harmatz, Jason Marcus, Daniel Saxe, and Daniel Smetana. The California natives got their start in Panama in 2004 where their properties earned a “cult-like following” among guests, according to The New York Times. The group came to be known as “The Lost Boys,” as a reference to the Neverland-like experiences they craft for their guests.
